Housing is expensive and unevenly distributed depending on the number of rooms in the apartment.
Statistics show that the cost of housing on the secondary market in late 2016 – early 2017, increased more than the cost of new housing.
It is reported by UNN, citing data from the State statistics service of Ukraine.
Housing in the primary market in the first quarter of 2017, compared to the last quarter of 2016, rose by 1.1%, while the secondary is 2.6%.
It should be noted that housing is expensive and unevenly distributed depending on the number of rooms in the apartment. So, a one-room apartment rose by 0.6% in new buildings and 4.2 per cent in older homes, two 1% and 2% respectively, two-bedroom 2.6% and 2.1%, respectively.
