Ukraine is leading in the world concerning the fall in the cost of housing.
Ukraine ranks first in the world in terms of cheaper housing. The average price of apartments in Ukraine from July to December 2016 fell by 4.9%, and from January to March of 2017, prices fell another 1.9%.
