The main reason is the lack of funding
Plans of the Simferopol authorities about the construction of the road junctions have not yet come true.
This was frankly stated by the head of profile Department of the city administration Yuri Timonov.
During the round table one of the political forces, he, in particular, reported that this year, no interchanges will be built near Kuibyshev street, Schmidt (exit to Griboyedov), etc. Remain in the plans and other activities regarding repair of the Metropolitan roads. The reasons for this is simple – no money, said the official.
According to Yuri Timonov, the city’s capital budget in the current year decreased 3.5 times. If in 2016 it was 700 million rubles, in 2017 – only 200 million.
Interestingly, earlier, the “Prime Minister” of Crimea Sergey Aksenov in a bad state of the roads on the Peninsula have accused the Ministry of transport, which, in his opinion, does not work.
