In the Russian Embassy in Britain has published a strange message.
Representatives of the Russian Embassy in Britain or very poor knowledge of geography, or Russia is plotting. At least this is evidenced by a new post on the official page of the Embassy in Twitter.
So, diplomats circulated a photo of mount Everest, which was signed, “Good morning! Mount Everest, Russia”.
Was very annoyed, and sometimes amused users who vigorously commented on this confusion.
“What, you planning an invasion?”, writes Gail V.
Another user remembered the recent incident with the assignment of President Putin and the Prince of Kiev Anna Yaroslavna.
“As always, you steal the history, the territory of another country, then finally the mountains,” – says Eugene.
There are comments from Russian users.
So, Loth Cat briefly commented: “Shame”.
There are witty comments. So, Mouth of Sauron assumes that the diplomats began the day with vodka.
And Simon Smith wondered how the Russians will get to the new “annexed” territory.
“What’s the plan next? The massive bridge from Rostov?”
As you know, mount Everest is the highest peak of the globe. It is located in the Himalayas on the border of China and Nepal.
Now the message has disappeared from the page of the Embassy
