The Communist party and the dictatorship of the proletariat

Коммунистическая партия и диктатура пролетариата

Unbiased opinion exploring the current state of the world economy and built on the basis of geopolitics, a large if not overwhelming number of experts concludes that the bourgeois socio-economic system came to its natural end. The opportunity that was capitalism in its origins in the feudal world, completely exhausted. Capitalism cannot ensure the welfare of the entire population. Material, educational, Yes, just the very existence of the people, the breakthroughs in the deep gap between 10% of the owners of the means of production and financial rent – and the rest of the population.

Antagonistic contradictions between these societies become so deep and severe that to resolve the problem, a kind of “evolutionary” way is not possible. And it was obvious. Protests in France and Spain, Britain and Italy as the “soft” civil war in the United States can cause uncontrolled speech with unclear political intentions with the unconscious protest can lead to senseless bloodshed. When attacking anything and everything without knowing why and without understanding the ultimate goal of these actions – this will not lead to the solution and achievement of the class tasks of employees.

The solution of this problem lies in a completely different plane. With the victorious dictatorship of the bourgeoisie can only fight the dictatorship of the proletariat. To understand what the dictatorship of the proletariat, you need to understand that this – the proletariat. To use the words of Marx, a proletarian is a worker (loharbeiter), it does not have ownership of means of production, which in the labour market can only offer their time. This is a necessary condition, but as it turned out, in the consciousness of experience, both Soviet and international, you need more employee awareness of their place in this world, understanding their own class goals and objectives and the political struggle for their achievement.

Moreover, employees are all categories of workers for which wages for their labor is the only means of existence. Once Marx, believing workers for wages as a single class, but aware of the differences between groups of workers, introduced the concept of “class in itself” and “class for itself”. The class in itself imply that employees are only concerned about their economic situation, and in the framework of the existing bourgeois order sought only to improve it. A class for itself meant the nomination of political demands which are common to other classes (e.g. peasants) and leading to the elimination of exploitation of man by man by the elimination of bourgeois social-economic formation.

Today we can state that the class of hired workers and the class of the proletariat are two different classes, because they set themselves different goals and objectives. To the class of wage workers was the class of the proletariat, as just and necessary: and awareness of their place in this world, and the understanding of class goals and objectives and the political struggle for their achievement. In fact, the economic requirements, just because of economic inequality between different occupational groups will not unite for the sake of the main goal – the elimination of exploitation of man by man. And if there is no common goal, no understanding of a single task, not the appearance of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Hence the question: what is “the dictatorship of the proletariat”? Here I will not say better than Lenin: “the dictatorship of the proletariat is a stubborn struggle, bloody and bloodless, violent and peaceful, military and economic, pedagogical and administrative — against the forces and traditions of the old society.” What is necessary for the emergence of the dictatorship of the proletariat? You need to create a system of proletarian solidarity. It can only be created when the protests of workers put at the forefront by political rather than economic requirements. Common to all categories of employees. And it does not matter whether it is the factory workers, laborers from agricultural holdings, doctors, teachers, officers, engineers, scientists, many office workers. They all share a main goal – the elimination of the alienation of their labour by the owners of the means of production, that is, pocketing exploiters of surplus value.

And here salaried employees, self-realized by the proletariat, the necessary structure they have created, which will be able to put still unconscious protests in a deliberate action on the elimination of bourgeois social-economic formation. This structure will have to show the protesters that their main goal is not meaningless Maidana, not breaking Windows and overturning cars, and targeted actions for the elimination of bourgeois social-economic formation and the proclamation of socialism. It is the proclamation, as socialism, as a transitional period between capitalism and communism is not built, and proclaimed. This structure is the Communist party. It is both a scientific centre for the development of methods of struggle on the basis of the surrounding reality, and the avant-garde of the proletariat who takes the brunt of the political struggle, walking in the forefront of the protesters subjected to the first, most serious attacks by the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie.

The task of the Communist party today is the creation of a system of proletarian solidarity, because only from it can be born the dictatorship of the proletariat. In fact, it may look like the following. First, to explain to workers who their enemy is, and what to do. Second, to ensure that any protests (meeting, strike) put forward in the first place political demands. Thirdly, to support political demands no matter how small the team by conducting demonstrations and solidarity strikes. Fourth, to bring the political struggle of the proletariat to a General political strike with a single demand: to proclaim socialism, that is, to eliminate private ownership of the means of production.

General political strike will be the first step of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Further steps will depend on what practical action will take the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie. Power and property are no volunteers to give up, therefore, the dictatorship of the proletariat will have to take retaliatory actions of resistance to the violence of the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie.

We found that the core struggle of the proletariat for their rights, structure, guiding it, is the Communist party. Our country is now a very large number of organizations declares itself Communist. They have different platforms and different goals. That is why there is a need to understand what should be a Communist party. Any party is a public organization based on a specific ideological platform, which has its own program, which stated its objectives and Charter, which outlines the rights and obligations of members, structural units, the procedure and how it works. Thus, any party begins with ideological platform. Ideological platform of the CP is Marxism. This brings to mind Stalin’s opinion that Marxism is either dogmatic, or creative. He said: “I am creative Marxism”. Creative Marxism-Leninism is the study of dialectical materialism of actual reality, and understanding of the current stage of capitalism. Projecting the current reality of the principles of Marxism-Leninism it is possible to obtain an understanding of what postulates are in demand today and what was in the past. Marxism-Leninism as a science only so it can develop further. This living example was Lenin, and Stalin. Remains unchanged the main purpose: to substantiate theoretically and to prove that only the total elimination of the exploiting entity of the preceding socio-economic formations can lead the workers to their Central objective of building a Communist society – a society free from exploitation of man by man, in which work for the good of society is not a serious need, and – a vital need, and where in fact is the principle of “from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs”.

Principles of creation of KP is described by Lenin in his letter of 1902, which is called “Organizational principles of the creation of our party.” They are extremely relevant today. The three of them. First – centralism. The second co-optation (nomination). The third discipline. These principles need to be explained.

Centralism. In the face of opposition activities of the Communists from the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie, the Communists have no right to waste time on endless and useless discussions. Centralism implies unconditional submission to the decisions of the Central authority.

Co-optation. Since the main principle of the party is built from the bottom, the Central body of the party considers the work of grassroots organizations and, in the apt words of Lenin, pulls best-trained, most competent, most active comrades, appointing them (cooperaa) in various governing bodies of the party.

Discipline. Party discipline is that all lower-level structures will definitely fulfill all the orders of higher authority and every member of the party working under the leadership of the party organization is definitely performing her or his assigned party tasks, showing, moreover, a broad initiative in their implementation.

It is the understanding of these principles was the beginning of the ideological struggle in the party at the second Congress of the RSDLP (1903), when a certain part of the party in the first paragraph of the Charter members of the party advocated some kind of regular personal assistance for a member of the party, as Lenin and his supporters demanded a permanent job under the leadership of the party organization. And this is possible only when Lenin and his supporters were organised in 1912 in a separate party – RSDLP (b). Only by adhering to all three principles had made possible the victory of workers in the period of the great October socialist revolution, which began at the VI Congress of the RSDLP (b) the adoption of the resolution on the armed uprising against the bourgeoisie and ended in July 1918 with the adoption of the First Soviet Constitution.

What is the practical work of the CP described above. Briefly: the combination explanations for every employee who is the enemy and what to do with the practical work on creation and development of the system of proletarian solidarity for the implementation of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

KP required to, to explore the current reality, developing modern methods and ways of the struggle of workers against bourgeois dictatorship, and in fact implement these methods, walking in the forefront of the proletariat. All else is just empty verbiage, and in fact strengthens the bourgeois system. KP must expose such activities as work for the benefit of the bourgeoisie and not allow it to be cheating workers.

Only on the basis of the foregoing, workers in the vast majority of will become the proletariat, eliminate the bourgeois social-economic formation and will take the path of building a Communist society

SO WE WILL WIN!
