At a meeting of the Committee on national security proposed to remove from the law mention of the Minsk agreements.
The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada concerning national security and defense supported the bill of the President of Petro Poroshenko to Donbass to vote in the first reading.
The second reading is requested to consider the proposal by Committee member Andrew Levus.
“The Deputy Levus with the vote proposed for the second reading to remove from the bill the mention of the Minsk agreements and to replace them with a UN resolution,” – said in the message.
It is also noted that an alternative draft law on the Donbass authorship of the Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Oksana Syroid voted only seven members of the Committee – no decision.
As reported yesterday in the Verkhovna Rada registered two draft laws by the President Petro Poroshenko that have been identified as urgent: to ensure the state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions (No. 7163) and the creation of necessary conditions for peaceful settlement of the situation in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions (No. 7164).
