In Ukraine, the Russians are doing what they did in Syria, said a U.S. army General Curtis Scaparrotti.
Russia is using the military conflict in the Donbass as a testing ground for their latest technology and methods.
This statement was made the commander of NATO in Europe, US army General Curtis Scaparrotti.
“In Ukraine, the Russians are doing what they did in Syria. Use the Ukrainian conflict as a testing ground for their latest technology and methods. This is a problem for US, because these methods are beginning to use other terrorists. However, working with Ukraine, gives us the opportunity to test those things that we do. We must provide the Ukrainian notification system. So they can counter what do Russian puppets” – said Scaparotti.
General supports granting Ukraine lethal weapons.
“Ukrainians oppose the so-called separatists, who really are Russian puppets. Russia provides them with a deadly weapon. We need to strengthen the Ukrainian armed as much as possible,” the General added.
