In Moscow arrested in absentia of the Prosecutor and the investigator in the case of Yanukovych.
In Moscow at the request of the Investigative Committee in absentia arrested the Prosecutor of the Chief military Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko and the investigator for particularly important cases of Vadim Primacom.
They are the leading participants in the investigation against fugitive ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and Minister of defence of Russia Sergey Shoigu.
The evening of July 20 was considered and granted the petition, from which it follows that Kravchenko and Primacom are accused in a criminal case, instigated on article 299 of the Russian criminal code “Attraction of obviously innocent to criminal liability or unlawful institution of criminal proceedings, connected with accusation of committing serious or especially serious crimes.”
The military Prosecutor Ruslan Kravchenko is the head of a group of prosecutors on charges of treason, ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, who is hiding in Russia. A military Prosecutor, and also investigator Primacom investigate criminal proceedings against the Minister of defence of the Russian Federation.
