"Дело рюкзаков": суд вынес новое решение по сыну Авакова Prosecutors reported that the court arrested the estate of Alexander Avakov.

Solomensky district court of the capital arrested two of the apartment of the son of the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov Alexander, as well as an apartment and two houses of the former Deputy Minister of internal Affairs Sergey Chebotar. This was stated by Deputy head of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office Vladimir Krivenko.

It is reported that Avakov arrested two apartments (in Kharkov and Kiev) and Cebotari – one apartment and 2 houses.

Earlier media reported that Alexander Avakov owns the apartment almost in the city center and two underground parkings. Kiev apartment Avakov Jr. is 700 metres from the metro station “Olympic” area 375,2 sq m in the underground Parking.

The petition for arrest of the property of the third suspect is businessman Volodymyr Lytvyn – have not yet been considered by the court.

The Solomensky district court of Kiev refused to arrest the son of the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and Alexander released him on personal recognizance, but ordered to wear an electronic bracelet.

Earlier it was reported that the court arrested property Avakov Jr., Chebotar and Litvin.

However, the protection of the son Avakov has not received the decision on arrest of property.
