Singaporean photographer Aram pan has received a rare opportunity to shoot from the plane in the video, the North Korean capital Pyongyang.
The video shows high bright buildings, green lawns and amid all this, the strange emptiness of the capital.
“This is a rare opportunity for a foreigner to get permission to film in North Korea from the plane,” said Peng in a comment to the video.
According to the newspaper Straits Times, the survey was made by the photographer in the last year, but only now he has published it online.
