On the diplomatic quarter of the Afghan capital Kabul on Monday, August 21, struck a rocket.
Police said a missile attack fell on the square next to the presidential Palace and near the district where there are other Afghan governmental institutions, foreign embassies and the headquarters of the international military coalition.
Now reports of victims of rocket attacks were reported.
