The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will not raise the price of natural gas for the needs of the population and the regional heat supply companies (utility companies) for the period of the heating season 2017-2018. This was stated by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman during a conference call in Nikolaev, which was dedicated to preparations for the new heating season.
“I would like to note that the government does not support any increases in gas prices in the country in the new heating season. This is the principled position of the government… No objective reason today to increase gas for the population and CTV (utility companies) no. Prices by the government will not rise,” – he said.
