The government is talking about social justice.
Subsidies for the coming heating season will be calculated taking into account income for the first and second quarters of this year, and the next period unheated for III and IV quarters of 2017. On this day, September 28, announced the Cabinet in Facebook.
“For the new heating season 2017/18 years from 1 October 2017 – when calculating the amount of subsidy will be considered income for I and II quarter of 2017, and the unheated period from may 1, 2018 – for the III and IV quarter of 2017”, – stated in the message.
The government is confident that the decision will be more fair to the Ukrainians. According to officials, socially unjust to take into account last year’s income citizen, since people could lose their jobs this year needs help with paying for utilities.
The Cabinet also recalled that in may-June of this year had delayed the reappointment of grants for the summer period, because the fiscal service were not able to provide information about the incomes for the first quarter of this year.
