The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has resolved the issue of the return of unused funds to the mobile subscriber, thereby removing barriers to the development of calculations using a mobile phone.

“The mobile payments market to be. Today, the government abolished the important barrier that hindered settling by using mobile phone. Because mobile services is charged to the pension levy. Here it was necessary to resolve the mechanism of return of these funds if the payment from a mobile is not connected with payment of services of Telecom. Now this obstacle removed,” he writes.
The head Office of effective regulation (BRDO) Alexey Goncharuk in turn added that, very soon in Ukraine, the mobile phone can be used as a purse.

In the explanatory note to the relevant document stated that as a result of its adoption of a transparent and clearly regulated return mobile operators amounts paid for services (including fees for mandatory state pension insurance), users of cellular services, as well as the appropriate accounting and accounting for such refunds in the accounts of mobile operators. In addition, the result of the adoption of the draft resolution will be the development of mobile payments.
