Experts are going to rewrite the legislation and on its basis to establish a separate building code.
In the Cabinet want to comprehensively rewrite Ukrainian construction legislation and collect it in a single document — in the town planning code. For this reason the Ministry of regional development conducted preliminary consultations with experts, social activists and representatives of the construction industry — how to do it better.
“Today, the construction activities are regulated by the 7 basic laws and separate provision of about 50 legislative acts. We want to go to a single integrated format of this important document,” — explained Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services the lion Partskhaladze.
