These changes are preparing in the Cabinet, said Minister of social policy Andrei Reva at the briefing.

Reva said that now subsidy is not granted if the household has a monthly allowance for utility services, and after the repayment of the subsidy can resume.

“I think we will make changes, and anyone who has made late with a payment, having the money that they paid, will be in the next year to receive a grant already in a cashless form,” he said.

Reva said that if at the expiration of that period, payments normalizerbase, grantee will be able to go back to the form of money.

According to the Minister, this system will allow you to establish effective relationships with subsidence.

In addition, Reva said that it is also planned to regulate: if the failure will be associated with additional gas in connection with the decision of the court, such delay will not be considered for the appointment of subsidies.
