The Cabinet of Ministers increased the size of the one-time cash assistance to families of the lost participants of anti-terrorist operation (ATO) and received a disability during participation in the ATO to the persons from 250 to 750 minimum. This is stated in the government resolution No. 837 of November 8.
“Increased lump-sum benefits in case of death (death) or disability due to injury, contusion or injury received during participation in the antiterrorist operation”, – stated in the explanatory note to the resolution.
Also, the document determines the mechanism of payment of the sum of one-time cash benefit owned by its recipient, and remained not received in connection with his death.
