Vice Prime Minister Hennadiy Zubko has told, when and by whom will be calculated.
A mechanism of monetization of the subsidy will be launched in January 2018, and until that time will actually last for a transitional period for utility companies and other companies involved in the system. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko.
“Under the new scheme, the calculation of subsidies will be undertaken directly by the Treasury without any protocols. In addition, it will clearly set the timing of calculations – up to 24 of each month to ensure timely payment,” said he.
The Vice Prime Minister stressed that the grants will be awarded for actually consumed volumes of services.
“This will make it impossible situation when performers receive greater subsidies than consumed in the household. Thus, it would be better to use budgetary funds”, – said Zubko.
According to him, the Cabinet should vote for the monetization of subsidies until the end of autumn. Currently, the regulatory act has already been published for discussion on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
