New requirements for gas supply are designed to prevent disconnection of gas for heating utilities during the heating season.
“Today officially published the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 14.11.2018, No. 942, adopting new terms of delivery of natural gas to teploproizvoditelnosti for the needs of the population”, – told in “Naftogaz”.
In particular, the requirement calculations for the previous period to be eligible for the supply of gas is reduced from 90% to 78% and for heat supply companies under the control of SPFU, up to 60%.
“The decision was developed with the participation of Naftogaz of Ukraine, aims to resolve the issue of heating in the problematic settlements and to prevent disconnection of gas to enterprises TKE during the heating period”, – explained in Naftogaz.
It is assumed that new terms of nominations will act in the period from 1 December 2018 to 1 April 2019, and for the heatsupplying enterprises under the management of the state property Fund, 16 November 2018 to 1 April 2019.
