The Ministry of social policy of Ukraine expects consideration and adoption by the Verkhovna Rada in the second reading of the revised law No. 6614 “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on increasing the pensions” on September 21 of this year.
This was stated by Minister of social policy Andrei Reva.
“We expect (consideration and adoption of the law – ed.) the 21st, on Thursday,” said Reva.
Introducing the document, the Minister noted that after the first reading the document has undergone significant changes. In particular, the revised bill provides for the possibility of retirement, regardless of age, with 40 years of experience.
The document also included a provision allowing set off in the insurance experience of doing business on simplified system of taxation, as well as their studies at universities.
The Committee also supported an amendment calling for the introduction of accumulative system of pension insurance from 1 January 2019.
