Employees of gschs together with teams of engineers continue demining of military depots in the village and surrounding areas. On Saturday, October 7, reported in a press-service gschs.
“As of October 7, open fires burning and explosions of ammunition in the warehouse is not observed. For the elimination of consequences of emergency situations attracted 7 fire tanks, 2 engineering machinery obstacle clearing MO of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
Now pyrotechnic team of SSES cleaning the area from explosive objects in a five-kilometer area around the Arsenal.
“Surveyed for the presence of explosive objects 20,129 thousand hectares, found and removed 1 527 thousand explosive objects. Since the beginning of the execution of the works received and made 389 requests from the public for identification of explosive subjects”, – reported in Department.
We will remind, in the evening of 26 September, explosions in the Arsenal of the defense Ministry of Ukraine near the town of Kalynivka. According to the data available in open sources, the warehouses stored 188 thousand tons of ammunition and 10 thousand conventional cars, including missiles for the MLRS Smerch, Uragan and Grad.
