A young man is accused of illegal handling of explosives.
In the Norwegian capital Oslo on Sunday, police discovered explosive, which is in fact the controlled neutralization turned out to be a bomb.
It was placed under the bridge over Akerselva.
Near the scene of the events was detained 17-the summer guy. As it turned out, they bombed it. It is not clear he was going to blow up or pursued other goals (for example, checking the reaction of the police).
According to the head of the Police security service, Benedict of Bernland, the guy was Russian. His family moved to Norway when he was 10 years old and asked for political asylum.
