The military Prosecutor’s office opened proceedings on the fact of gunshot wounds of the national guardsman.
The military Prosecutor of the Kiev garrison Central region of Ukraine initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of negligent attitude to military service in a special period of military officials one of the military units of national guard of Ukraine in Kiev.
About it reported in a press-service of military Prosecutor of the Central region of Ukraine.
According to prosecutors, found that the military part of the individual military officials ensured the compliance with the rules of handling weapons and ammunition, causing the weapon issued to the soldier, was charged.
“In this regard, a soldier after receiving weapons negligently wounding himself. Currently, the national guardsman sent to the Kiev city clinical hospital for medical care”, – stated in the message.
The criminal proceedings initiated under part 3 of article 425 of the criminal code.
