The blast in Idlib killed nearly 50 people

Another 30 wounded in the explosion.

At least 45 people were killed and about 30 were injured in an explosion near the headquarters of militant group “Ahrar al-sham” in the Northern Syrian province of Idlib, reported RIA Novosti a local source.

“Ahrar al-sham” is one of the largest Islamist factions of the Syrian opposition and is based in Idlib province.

“Forty-five people were killed and another 30 wounded in the explosion, the aim of which was the headquarters of the “Brigade of the martyrs of Islam”, referring to “Ahrar al-sham”, in Seracare in the Eastern suburbs of Idlib” — said the source.

He did not specify whether the victims were civilians or losses only group. According to the source, among the dead — one of commanders of “Ahrar al-sham”.

The responsibility for the explosion has not taken, but the group said that the attack is the terrorist ISIS*, which, according to them, first left next to the headquarters of a booby-trapped motorcycle, and then went inside and blew it up at the same time fixed on the body with explosives.
