Parliament failed to repeal the law on madrepore, adopted on October 19. For the draft voted only 45 people’s deputies with the required minimum of 226 votes.
The sponsors of the draft resolution on the abolition of medical reform (a group of deputies of the opposition bloc) argue the need for such a decision because the law on financial guarantees of provision of medical services was adopted, “in flagrant violation of the requirements of the Constitution and rules of the Verkhovna Rada”.
