The beating of a schoolgirl in the Kherson region: the cause of the conflict

Students not threatened by punishment.

The reason for the brutal beating of a schoolgirl in Kakhovka began a quarrel in the conversation on social media pages.

This was announced by the head of the investigation Department of the Department of Kakhovka Ukraine in the Kherson area Valery Ostretsov.

According to law enforcement reports, the conflict occurred on 4 November in the pine forest between grade 8 and 9 classes from different schools. The girls were posted in social networks photos and comment on them. In correspondence there was a conflict and finally to find out the relationship schoolgirl decided in a personal meeting on neutral territory.

Given the fact that those who attacked the schoolgirl the girl is underage (14 years old), it can only be applied coercive methods of an educational nature.

Students who witnessed the beating, also were not in danger as the incident is not being treated as serious.

“While we are talking about lung injuries. Perhaps a forensic examination will show other results. Then we will give a legal assessment of the offense. We also analyze the video. The victim is not in the hospital – she is at home,” explained Ostretsov.

While open criminal proceedings upon drawing slight injuries. Also the militiaman added that statement to the police was written by the mother of the victim and dated 8 Nov.
