First Vice-President and Vice-President appeared in the Constitution of Azerbaijan in September 2016. 29 amendments to the basic law on the referendum voted approximately 90 percent of citizens.
Mehriban Aliyeva since 2005 he is Deputy of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan.
