In a call center of Desnyansky police Department received a report that an unknown male robbed the woman. The call was transferred to operational employees who at the time worked the territory nearby.
Police found that in the transition to a woman, a man ran up, tore off her gold chain with a pendant and ran away. The screams of the victim responded to a passer-by who rushed to catch up. Stopping the offender, he gave it to the police, who arrived on a call.
The offender is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. It was them 34-richny from Kiev who is earlier judged for Commission of similar crimes.
On this fact the investigative Department of the Desna UE initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 St. 186 (robbery) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The malefactor is threatened by imprisonment for a term from four to six years.
