The Donetsk region Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings.
On 13 may, the Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region qualified the shelling as a terrorist attack.
About it reports a press-service of the Ministry on the page in Facebook.
As reported by enemy fire from artillery killed four local residents, one was injured.
“According to preliminary information civilians died as a result of hit of a shell in the yard of the house on street sapronovo. The identity of the victims now are established. At the scene works investigative team. Information on the specified fact brought in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 3 of article 258 (terrorism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – is told in the message.
