The artist mocked Putin’s reaction to the rallies

New work of Sergey Elkina.

Well-known Russian artist Sergei Yolkin ridiculed in his caricature of the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin that the demonstrations that took place in Russia on March 26, are tools of the Arab spring.

Cartoon Elkin has published on his page in Facebook.

It depicts Putin and his press-Secretary Dmitry Peskov who look at rooks in arapatka.

“Rooks have arrived strange,” says Sands. “Because of the Arab spring”, — he meets Putin.
