The Kyiv court of appeals overturned the seizure of apartments and houses Minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik.
This is stated in the materials of the court.
The court considered that the decision of Kiev Pechersk district court regarding the claim of the businessman, the President of football club Karpaty (Lviv) Peter Damanskogo issued in violation of procedural law and is premature.
Thus, the court granted the appeal Kasalica and overturned the decision of the court of first instance.
We will remind, the Pechersky district court of Kiev arrested in the flat area 287,7 sq m in Kyiv, a house area 561,4 sq. m and plot (1 510 sq m) in Kozyn (Kyiv region) Igor Nasalik at the request of the businessman, the President of football club Karpaty Peter Damanskogo.
At the end of August, Nasalik appealed against the arrest of their apartments and houses.
