The army will go all: rules of the call will be tougher

The defense Ministry has developed amendments to the law “On military duty”. According to these changes, the draft Commission will have the ability to “undo” an earlier diagnosis.

As stated by the founder of the Russian Association of lawyers, law enforcement agencies, “Guard” Oleg Genaev, previously, to achieve re-examination of the recruit was almost impossible. Now if you are in doubt, the Commission will have the right to send a potential recruit for a control examination.

The terminology also will be subject to change. Now the RAID on the doctors for recruits called inspection, with the new changes in the law will be examined. According to the expert, the inspection can only superficially examine the body, while a full examination will give the opportunity to make a truly objective conclusion on the possibility to perform military service.

As noted Genaev, under the new law to question the diagnosis and guide the recruits at the control examination it will be possible any number of times. It is therefore very important not to bring this measure to the absurd and to turn this process into an unreasonable pursuit of potential recruits. The expert is confident that the new amendments to the law will help to overcome bribery in this field.

Colonel Alexander Bangiev stressed that under the test will be able to get those recruits who have the opportunity to improve their health. Those who have a serious disability or a terminal diagnosis, will be released from the service once and for all.

These changes in the law will benefit even those young people who want to serve, but for health reasons recognized only partially fit. They will also have the opportunity to undergo additional examination.

In addition, now recruits for medical reasons will be directed to specialized medical facilities “to assist”. Previously, young people were referred to a military hospital or civilian hospital. The young man is now or will recover and go forth to serve, or if the disease will take a chronic form, will be released from service.
