Over the past four years the Russians were disappointed in their President.
The share of Russians who trust the President of the country Vladimir Putin, is 39%, which is twice less than immediately after the annexation of Crimea in spring 2014.
This is stated in the research of the sociological service “Levada-Center”.
According to the survey, the level of trust of Russians to the President in September of this year amounted to 39%, while in June 2018, the figure was 48%. In November last year, Putin was trusted by 59%.
After the annexation of Ukrainian Crimea in the spring of 2014 the level of trust in Putin rose to 80%.
It is noted that a public opinion survey was conducted during 20-26 September 2018 on a representative nationwide sample of 1600 people aged 18 years in 136 villages by personal interview. The statistical error does not exceed 3.4%.
