Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP) made in eRDR two appeals of the leader of the Radical party Oleg Lyashko on charges Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko in data inconsistency in the Declaration.
About it to journalists after a meeting of Parliament said the head of SAP Nazar Golodnitsky.
“SAP responded to the appeal of the leader of the Radical party … And we brought in eRDR two of his address at the session (time – ed.) for the facts that they were announced,” said Holodnitsky.
According to him, the proceedings are opened and the investigation is going.
