Russian videobloger Pavel Suslov showed Americans the car VAZ‐2106 and offered to arrange a test drive on the roads of Los Angeles.
“The long-awaited video, in which real Americans-foreigners conduct a test drive of the Soviet classics – Zhiguli, or how, VAZ 2106 in the USA! The response was interesting,” – he signed the video posted on its YouTube channel.
Americans especially liked that the hood, “Lada” is opened from the back side, because it is more convenient to repair the car in the heat. Also, many people had first caused the difficulty seat belt. Of the disadvantages cited was the lack of Cup holders too small and rear view mirrors. One of the Americans jokingly dubbed thin wheel “Zhiguli” a piece of spaghetti.
In two weeks the video had been viewed more than a million people.
