Under the program of food quality control tested by ice cream and the frozen products from the leading Ukrainian companies.

The study tested 8 samples of ice cream on the physico-chemical and organoleptic indicators in the state enterprise “Ukrainian state scientific-production center of standardization, Metrology, certification and consumer protection”.
The results showed that all tested samples were found to be relevant to requirements of normative documents at manufacturing ice cream and frozen foods.
In addition, we have developed Methodological guidance accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine “On basic principles and requirements for safety and quality of foodstuff” enterprises for the production of ice cream.
