In Karachay-Cherkessia, the Russian agricultural Bank to pay a fine for the imposition of the customer of insurance services. The courts of three instances confirmed legitimacy of the relevant decision UFAS on KCHR.
As reported, the FAS asked the customer of the Bank, who said about imposing him at the conclusion of the credit agreement with the Bank of insurance FOR “Insurance company “Rosselkhozbank-Insurance”.
A Bank employee simultaneously with the filling of the application form for the provision of consumer credit without collateral was imposed on the service by joining the “Program for collective insurance of the borrowers of the loan against accidents and diseases”.
The antitrust authority first issued a decision on violation by Bank of the law on protection of competition, and then the resolution on attraction to administrative responsibility. Karachay-Cherkessia branch of “Russian agricultural Bank” appealed to court against the decision of the FAS.
First, the legality of decision UFAS have confirmed the Arbitration court KCHR and the Sixteenth arbitration court of appeal.
On 28 March, the Arbitration court Severo-the Caucasian district in Krasnodar set point in the case, affirming the legality of decision UFAS on KCHR about appointment of administrative punishment. Now the Bank will have to pay a fine in the amount of 616 thousand rubles.
