The administrative court ruled on the question of impeachment Poroshenko

In District administrative court of Kiev cancelled the decision of the Kiev regional Council.

At the suit of the Chairman of fraction “Solidarnist” in Kiev oblast Rada Ruslan Kuzmenko, the District administrative court of Kyiv has recognized illegal the decision of the Kiev regional Council of the seventh convocation, concerning the impeachment of the President of Ukraine. This was reported on the page of the faction “Solidarity” in the Kiev regional Council on Facebook.

In this decision it was about the support of the Deputy address of the faction “Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” in Kyiv regional Council VII convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding some issues of legal regulation of the procedure of eliminating the post of President of Ukraine by impeachment from 22 June 2017 n 325-15-VII.

Thus, according to the court cancelled the decision of the Kiev regional Council from 22 June 2017 n 325-15-VII.

Also the deputies of the faction “Solidarity” in the Kiev regional Council noted that “the rule of law against the decision of the Kiev regional Council, is binding on all the deputies of the Kiev regional Council, regardless of their affiliation”.
