Police in the us state of Texas on the eve of Christmas accidentally shot and killed a six year old boy.
It is noted that the tragedy occurred in San Antonio during the pursuit of a criminal who was trying to hide in the trailer, where he was a child.
According to local Sheriff Javier Salazar went out on the porch, the offender opened fire.
The militiamen shot him, but one of the bullets struck the wall of the van and touched a child who died on the way to the hospital.
