His body was discovered at the edge of the road on 30 September, around 17:00, in the Tatarbunarsky region of Odessa region. This was announced by Vyacheslav Abroskin, the first Deputy head of the National police of Ukraine on his page on the social network Facebook.
“A child asked his mother to go to a disco in a neighboring village, 5 kilometers. On the way she met 37-year-old dirtbag, previously convicted, who was raped and murdered. Now this geek is already detained”, – wrote on his page on the law enforcement.
Law enforcement officers have arrested the offender and held in custody. Now clarified all the circumstances of the tragedy.
