The accident occurred in belotserkovsk area on the road White Church-lady.
Saturday night near Kiev, the White Church has been a large-scale accident: collided and burned three vehicles.
The result killed three people, including the Deputy of regional Council. Another victim is in intensive care.
According to head of Kyiv regional state administration Alexander Gorgan, the victim – the Deputy of regional Council Boris Panchenko.
“An hour ago in a traffic accident died the Deputy of the Kiev regional Council of Panchenko, Boris M., born in 1952 the Tragedy occurred in belotserkovsk area on the road White Church – lady on the turn to S. Pylypcha the result of a frontal collision and fire vehicles. The accident 3 people died and 1 person injured,” wrote Veronica on Facebook.
