Tennis in Ukrainian, Svitolina goes to the semifinals in Dubai

The strongest tennis player of Ukrainian Elina Svitolina made it to the semi-final stage at a major tournament in the United Arab Emirates WTA Premier 5.

To prevent Svitolina to win the tenth victory in a row trying 46-I racket of the world of USA’s Lauren Davis. Tennis players for the fourth time met in the tournament series WTA in personal meetings with the account 3:0 lead Svitolina.

The beginning of the match for the Ukrainian went for the ideal scenario, Davis twice lost her serve, but the opening two games were unable to take any points. Svitolina easily finished off the opponent, winning the first set in just 20 minutes.

In the second game, Davis added, and did not allow the opponent to take one game after another. American did double back break, but on the third successful attack Svitolina at the reception could not answer.

For the extension of his magnificent winning streak Svitolina will fight with the second racket of the world, Angelique Kerber or 36-m number WTA rankings Ana Groom.

Meantime, we can say that next week Elina Svitolina once again update the record of Ukraine in the WTA rankings – Kharkov will be at least 12-th racket of the world.
