His work is impressive.
“The first landscapes were a window to another world entirely, filled with color and light, in life, is radically different from the rigors of everyday life grey industrial town in the early nineties. Through painting, I have a lesson that just inspired me. Every day in the morning I waited for the evening or weekend to take up the brush and paint and feeling their smell can work a little miracle picture. And though not very beautiful, but so close and me favorite. I was very impressed and inspired sense of creativity and freedom…”, – says Oleg Buiko – talented contemporary self-taught artist from Belarus.
Oleg was born in 1968 in the city of Pinsk (Belarus). From her early years doodling with pencils, not thinking about the profession of the artist. After serving in the army, got married, and then got a job at the plant. One of these days, somebody (it was in the early 90s) brought in a small Belarusian town, the real oil paints for painting. And these dyes accidentally saw Oleg. Bought… From that very moment began a love of painting. Studying books on art, he searched through all the local libraries in search of material on the theory of painting. Buying the albums with reproductions of the artists, Oleg tried to understand how they were able to convey what he saw a miracle. And why is he seeing all this beauty, feeling her unable to move on the canvas. Comprehending the knowledge about light and shadow, composition and perspective, reinforcing their years of practice, patience, and hard work, he began to create the stunning beauty of the paintings, conveying not only light and shade, but also the prevailing atmosphere.
