The opinion of Russians about the correct direction the country is divided. It follows from the data of the survey “Levada-Center”.
45% of respondents believe that things are going in the right direction, 44% hold the opposite opinion. 11% are unable to clearly answer the question.
A survey using personal interviews conducted 13-19 December on a representative nationwide sample of urban and rural population of 1 thousand 600 persons aged 18 years and older, in 136 villages, 52 subjects of the Russian Federation.

Meanwhile, according to Rosstat, real disposable cash income of the Russian population in November 2018 declined by 2.9% yoy after rising 0.3% in October. Moreover, relative to the previous month, real incomes of Russians fell by the same amount. Specify that real disposable income — income less obligatory payments, adjusted for consumer price index.
