The President of Dynamo Igor Surkis, his brother Vice-UEFA President Grigoriy Surkis and their families won a court PrivatBank.
The district administrative court of Kyiv satisfied the claim of the family of Surkis to PrivatBank, obliging the Bank to return to the plaintiffs of about 1.1 billion.
In December 2016 the national Bank of Ukraine acknowledged the family of Surkis insiders of the Bank. Then, the Bank introduced a temporary administration, but because all funds were transferred to the capital of PrivatBank.
In the same month the family of Surkis Igor Mikhailovich, Grigory Mikhailovich, Romila Davidovich (father), Marina (daughter of Igor), Svetlana (daughter of Gregory) and Paulina Kowalik (wife of Gregory), demanded through court to cancel the decision and the return of the funds that they kept in the Bank.
May 17, District court of Kiev declared the decision of the Commission of the NBU illegal and decided to return home 1 billion 48 million, 266 200 thousand dollars and 8 thousand euros, which were in the accounts of all its members.
It is also reported that the court decided to recover from PrivatBank 364 million, which were deducted from its nationalization in favor belonging to the family of Surkis And Bank .
