Ulyana Suprun Thursday, February 7, told exactly what the charge can now be performed after the court’s decision to dismiss her from the post of acting Minister of health.
“The court has forbidden to me as the first Deputy Minister of health of Ukraine, “perform any act aimed at implementing the powers of the Minister” including the powers of the Deputy to sign the documents instead of me,” wrote Suprun on Facebook.
She explained that, in particular, cannot be executed such powers as approval and submission for consideration by Cabinet the draft laws, acts of the President or of the Cabinet, to issue compulsory for execution by the Central bodies of Executive power whose activity is directed and koordiniruyutsya Minister, orders and instructions.
It is also forbidden to submit to the Ministry of health in publicly-legal relations with other bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations in Ukraine and abroad, to decide on the allocation of budget funds the main Manager of which is the Ministry of health, to give obligatory for execution by state officials and employees of the apparatus of the Ministry of health instructions and to sign orders of the Ministry of health and other regulatory legal acts developed by the Ministry.
“This is particularly vital signing of orders on customs clearance and distribution of drugs or sending people for treatment abroad,” said Suprun.
According to her, next week will host two important meetings of the court. In particular, 11 February at 14:00 scheduled consideration of the petition, which was filed by the Ministry of justice on behalf of the government the lifting of the temporary ban her to perform the duties of the Minister.
She also reported that on 15 February at 14:50 in the District administrative court of Kiev will consider the claim of the people’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk about her lack of authority to execute the duties of the Minister of health of Ukraine.
