The Antimonopoly Committee has fined the operators of filling stations for 41 million hryvnia for consistently higher prices for liquefied natural gas in August 2017. About it reports a press-Department service.
“For committing violations of the law in the form of anticompetitive concerted actions, which was a similar price increase for liquefied petroleum gas in its implementation at retail in August 2017, despite the fact that analysis of the situation on the market denies any objective reasons for committing such acts, which led to restriction of competition”, – stated in the message.
Among others, the AMCU has fined OOO Gas postachannja 8.07 million UAH, OOO Naftatrade Resource by 5.44 million UAH, OOO Import TRANS Service – by 5.17 million UAH, OOO Factoring group by 4.55 million UAH, JSC fog Retail – by 4.18 million.
Also fines issued Avantazh, OOO 7 (3,27 million UAH), PE OKKO-Biznes Kontrakt (3.2 million UAH), JSC OKKO-Retail (2.88 m UAH), Nadezhda, OOO Retail (2,71 million UAH) and Montazhnaladka (1.07 million UAH).
