The house is located in Odessa.

A team of young Ukrainian architects created a minimalist house in the resort area of Odessa — Arcadia. The architects were challenged to build a residence, which would be organically combined public functions and private comfortable area for customers.

House called the WH, Residence significantly stands out from Odessa architecture, and this is not surprising. Architects of Odessa literally moved on the black sea coast “fragment” of international style and adapted it to modern life.

The residence is composed of two white volumes connected to each other. According to the chief architect, he was really inspired by the programmatic principles of the international style: he used light weight construction, a modular system, skeletal structure, and most importantly, simple geometric shapes and a free plan.

On the ground floor the public areas: lobby, living room, dining room, and technical rooms, which have a separate block. In addition, the first floor is visually and functionally connected with the court and an outdoor lounge area with a pool and veranda.

It turns out that the entire first level is the center of the house, holding the attention. Bedrooms are hidden from prying eyes on the second and third floors along with locker rooms and separate bathrooms. So the architects went well together to distinguish between public and private areas of the house.
