Club of Ukrainian Premier League “the Steel” in connection with delays in salary lost two foreign performers.
A few days ago in the press appeared information about the financial difficulties in “Steel”. Now the problems of the club from Kamensky received a direct confirmation.
According to the information portal “Sport Arena”, “Steel” due to financial problems not able to retain two players – forwards Silvano, Comvalius and Kwame Karikari unilaterally terminate the contract with the club and left Ukraine.
FIFA regulations allows the players in the case of more than two months of salary arrears to unilaterally terminate the contract with the club. Dutch and Ghanaian took advantage of this clause and become free agents.
Comvalius, and Karikari were some of the key players of steel – two legionary scored half of all goals scored in “Become” in the Premier League (5 – Comvalius and 2 – Karikari).
