At present the malefactor is detained
In the Kherson area the man out of jealousy killed to death the lover of a mistress, when she learned that the woman is cheating on him.
The crime occurred on the territory of the dacha cooperative in the Belozersk district, the press service of the police region.
The body of an unknown man without clothes with traces of violent death was found on the roadside passers-by. It turned out that the man died as a result of traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures of the ribs. During a thorough inspection of the scene investigative team found drag marks and blood that led to one of the houses. It was there, according to the preliminary version of police, the murder took place. The house was closed.
Soon militiamen have established the identity of the deceased. He was 61-year-old resident of Kherson, which occasionally came to the dacha cooperative. It is sometimes seen in the company of an unknown woman, and the day of the murder, the people saw this same woman and another man.
“We have established the identity of the companion women. It was them 43-summer hersonets who is earlier judged for thefts. Operatives for two days established the whereabouts of the suspect and his concubine. Found them near Kherson in an abandoned house that belongs to one of the former official men women. Previously convicted and his companion were taken to the police station, where they gave testimony,” – said the Deputy head of the Main Directorate national police of the Kherson area Nikolay DAC.
The arrested man confessed to the murder. He explained that a few months cohabits with a woman. On that day, he, without warning, decided to visit her. When I went into the house, he saw that she was cheating on him with the unknown. The roommate was beaten to death by opponent, and then beat the woman. When after some time saw that the victim was dead, dragged the body away from the house, according to police. After that, the suspect fled with a woman.
At present the malefactor is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. Open criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “Deliberate heavy injury”. Previously convicted the man faces up to ten years in prison.
